Sonam Singh Sonam is an enthusiastic yoga instructor and ayurvedic practitioner who fully believes in the power of these age-old Indian practices to improve people’s quality of life and general health. She established “Mind & Body” in 2017 and combines yoga with her in-depth understanding of Ayurveda to assist her
Sonam grew up in a household that strongly favoured these customs. She first experienced yoga in a formal setting at her elementary school at a summer yoga camp, and she hasn’t looked back since.
She has completed a number of certification programmes and courses to support her academic passion. She has spent a lot of time at ashrams in her search for the essence of yoga due to her seeker nature.
