Shree Yoga Academy online yoga classes are held daily from Monday to Friday. These yoga classes are conducted in different batches and all of them cover the following: 

  • Ashtanga Yoga 
  • Surya Namaskar 
  • Power Yoga 
  • Pranayama and Meditation
  • Facial Yoga  

Regular Yoga Classes: The classes are divided into morning and evening batches. Each session lasts for one hour and you can choose your session based on your schedule.

Timings: The following is the schedule for morning classes:

  • 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. 
  • 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. 
  • 11:00 a.m. to 12 p.m.

The following is the schedule for evening classes 

  • 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. 
  • 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. 
  • 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.  

People are motivated to be consistent in the yoga practice and join the classes regularly so that they can achieve optimum benefits.

Children’s Yoga Classes: Yoga is always more beneficial when the practice is started early and therefore children are encouraged to practice Yoga from a young age.

Timings: The children’s batch starts at 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday.

Advanced Yoga Classes: For people who are already practicing yoga and they want to transition to a more advanced type of practice you can book the Advanced Yoga Classes.

Timings: The Advanced Classes are held 3 days a week Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Special yoga therapy classes which are aims to treat specific diseases like diabetes, PCOS, high blood pressure, and arthritis are also available.
