The center provides a range of classes through both offline and online medium. It is known for its classical pranayama and meditation classes, holistic and integrated yoga programs, and anti-gravity fitness classes which are conducted daily. 

Shri Krishna Wellness And Yoga Center offers you online yoga classes that can be attended from the comfort of your home.

  • Online Yoga Classes: These classes are held on every weekday from Monday to Friday, three times a day. You can choose a timing according to your convenience. The morning classes are held from 6 AM – 7 AM and 7 AM – 8 AM. The mid-morning classes are held from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM. The evening classes are held from 6 PM – 7 PM and 7 PM – 8 PM.


  • Online Personalized Classes: If you think regular yoga classes aren’t for you and you need a special customized session which is based on your personal goals then you can opt for the personalized yoga classes with session duration of 1 hour 15 minutes. 


  • Online Yoga Therapy Classes: In these classes you get one-and-one training from experts which is entirely customized based on your personal goals. You can get a glimpse of the different yoga programs on the website on the “free sample yoga classes” page.

Meet The Founder:

The founder Mimi Partha Sarathy was born in a cultural family in Bangalore and was always inclined towards Indian culture. She has a strong educational background and has professional qualifications in finance, marketing, and accounting while also being a trained Bharatnatyam dancer, and yoga teacher.

After an enriching experience in the corporate world she converted her passion for yoga and Indian culture into a serious organization. She makes sure that people who share the same passion for Indian culture and yoga unite to propel the organization and keep doing wonderful work.

She started the initiative “Reach to Teach Yoga” in which Yoga training is provided to government school children so that they can develop a healthy mind and body and two better in their studies.

Shri Krishna Wellness and Yoga Center was created in 2014 with the aim of providing an enriching experience of yoga to urban dwellers. The center is located in Malleshwaram, Bangalore and provides a rejuvenating and holistic experience to the people of the city.

The surroundings of

the yoga center, full of birds and nature, provides a soothing get away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The center offers yoga classes at flexible timings to ensure most people can join and reap the benefits.

However, for people who are not located in Bangalore or cannot afford to travel to the center daily, online classes are available. You will get the same level of professional guidance and equivalent enriching experience from the comfort of your home.
