Sadhguru's Teachings on Life, Love and Spirituality

“If you learn to include others as a part of yourself, your life will become an expression of joyfulness, not a pursuit of happiness.”

“If you maintain exuberance of energy, freshness of mind, and a loving heart, every day will be a new adventure.”

“If you want joy, you have to turn inward because that is where it is generated.”

“Joy or misery, ease or stress – all human experience has a chemical basis to it. There are tools to maintain a chemistry of blissfulness within you.”

Sadhguru's Teachings on Life, Love and Spirituality

“Joy comes and goes like breeze. Miseries stick in you like thorns – until you realize it is all you’re making.”

Happiness sprouts from inside oneself; not from searching or from chasing it. Any joy arising from situations and things outside of you, that will rule your happiness. However, when you are accepting of yourself, your joy will become your customary state of mind.
