I’m a Yoga Protocol Instructor certified by the Ministry of Ayush. I received my yoga certification from Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga, New Delhi and also certified by Yoga Alliance in 200 HR Hatha Yoga from Yog Love by Ira Trivedi.
Yoga teaches me to enhance myself to love myself fully. I follow two core principles – Abhyasa and Vairagya. I love to conduct workshops for various schools and corporates to create awareness about the benefits of Yoga and Pranayama for healthy living. Through yogic teachings, I aim to help people to take care of themselves with love and compassion via a physical practice that acts directly on the body, mind, and breath. I like sharing my knowledge and love for yoga through my teachings.
My classes are a blend of core exercises, asanas, kriya, and pranayama which transitions from beginner to intermediate level.
